Digital Meditation

The purpose of meditation is to shift your consciousness from yourself to something else. A variety of techniques are available in this connection. They are being attentive to sound; chanting mantras; awareness of the breathing cycles; gazing at an object; awareness of one's own thoughts, feelings and actions, etc.

The Digital Meditation that we introduce in this site is unique and very effective. Here one has to register and reproduce 100-digit random numbers as given below:-

This technique of memorising and reproducing a 100-digit random number is offered in my 3D-hour programme 'Creative Memory and Mind Management'. Everyone can register and reproduce a series of numbers. This is possible via another technique called Memory Filing System, which we innovated in the recent past.

The features of this meditation are:

  • Write down a series of numbers, preferably a set of one hundred random numbers as shown above.
  • Fresh numbers are to be written every time you wish to meditate.
  • Read and register the numbers by using the Memory Filing System. Then reproduce the numbers in the same order either silently or by writing on paper.
  • The process of registering and reproducing a set of hundred digits may take about 15 minutes for those who have been practising regularly. For beginners it may take more than 30 minutes.
  • One can reproduce the numbers in the same order, both forward and backward. The numbers can also be reproduced at random.
  • Intense concentration is required.
  • It can be considered a heightened form of meditation.
  • While registering and reproducing the numbers you would be able to reach alpha waves of mental state.
  • This may be the only meditative technique on this planet that will enable you  to quantitatively measure the qualitative impact of your meditative practice.
